Welcome to 2nd Grade!

Welcome! My name is Olivia Wills and I am so excited about being your child’s 2nd grade teacher this year. I have taught 2nd grade for 3 years. I was awarded the DVUSD "Rookie of the Year" for my first year of teaching! I am thrilled about entering my 4th year at Inspiration Mountain!

I graduated from the University of Kentucky with my bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Go cats! One interesting fact about me is that I completed half of my student teaching in Greece and just completed my masters!

I grew up in Bloomington, Illinois, but Arizona quickly became home to me. I have two cats named Beanie and Quavo. In my free time I love spending time outdoors, exploring new coffee shops, working out, and drawing.

I believe that children receive the best possible education when parents and teachers work together as a team. I hope that we can be partners in your child's educational journey this year. I will make sure to create an environment where students feel they can succeed and are valued.
